CANTON – The taps are ready to flow at Unfused Brew Hall.
The city’s newest brewery will open at 3 p.m. March 11 at 130 Third St. NW, the former home of Canton Brewing Co.
Opening day comes with a perk: the first 50 guests through the doors will receive a free swag bag, according to general manager Leslie Wile, giving early arrivals an extra reason to line up.
Head brewer Jake Turner will lead the tap list with house-crafted beers in a revamped space featuring ample tables, high-top seating and an outdoor patio for Ohio’s warmer months.
The kitchen, under the direction of Bret Hess, leans into a German-fusion-forward menu while expanding its gluten-free offerings — giving guests plenty of options to pair with their pint. Wile said the new brew hall aims to offer a relaxed gathering spot in the heart of downtown, pairing fresh craft beer with approachable, flavor-driven food.
Unfused joins three other breweries downtown: Muskellunge, Starflyer and UnHitched’s Woodshop.
