Packers DE Micah Parsons lands at No. 13 on PFF's Top 101 players of 2025 list

Green Bay Packers defensive end Micah Parsons landed at No. 13 overall on PFF’s Top 101 players of the 2025 season list, giving Matt LaFleur’s team three players in the top 101. Parsons joined quarterback Jordan Love (No. 37) and safety Xavier McKinney (No. 66) on the list.

Parsons, in his first season in Green Bay, was a first-team All-Pro despite tearing his ACL in Week 15. On PFF’s list, he finished fourth among edge rushers, trailing Myles Garrett, Will Anderson Jr. and Aidan Hutchinson.

From PFF: “A season-ending injury cost Parsons the final stretch of his 2025 NFL season, but it was still a special debut campaign in Green Bay. He earned a 90.0-plus PFF overall grade for the fourth straight season, with his 22.6% PFF pass-rush win rate ranking fourth among all edge defenders.”

Despite missing roughly 3.5 games to end the season, Parsons still finished seventh among all players in total pressures with 79. He ended up as the only player in football to play in fewer than 15 games and still finish with at least 50 pressures.

Not only did Parsons have a total pass-rush win rate of 22.6 percent, but he produced 61 pressures (third) and had a pass-rush win rate of 30.3 (fourth) in true pass sets, which focuses on snaps against the traditional dropback passing game and eliminates screens, RPOs and other non-traditional plays.

Parsons also missed only two tackles, a career low, and he forced two fumbles. His run defense grade ended at 70.2, his second-best finish in his five-year career. His 92.0 overall grade at PFF was his second-best to only the 2023 season (92.4).

Parsons ranked 38th on PFF’s list in 2024, third in 2023 and fifth in 2022. Had he played a full season in 2025, Parsons likely would have been a top 10 player again.
