Cheboygan's Master Plan draft is now available for public comment

The draft for Cheboygan’s 2026-2030 Master Plan is now available for public review and comment.

Among the issues the city intends to address in the proposed plan are:

Residents can view the plan by downloading it from the city’s website or the NEMCOG website. They can also view a copy in-person at Cheboygan City Hall during business hours.

After the 63-day review period, the city’s planning commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on March 23. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for people to participate in the final development of the Master Plan.
