Starbucks is hinting at another chance to get hold of the viral Bearista cold cup, which sold out in hours during its debut back in November.
In a social media post, the coffee giant appeared to reveal that the Bearista cup would be available on Monday, Dec. 8 on the Starbucks app. “Your chance is in the Starbucks app. Tomorrow, 12/8,” the post said.

The Bearista cup created a nationwide frenzy after the glass cup, shaped like a teddy bear with a green Starbucks stocking cap, was released along with its holiday merchandise line in November. At the time, many were left empty-handed after Starbucks sold out of the cup immediately.
Now the viral cup is available for bid on sites like Ebay, starting at $40, but the Bearista has reportedly been resold for hundreds of dollars.
Starbucks for Life game
It’s unclear if Starbucks is restocking the Bearista Cold Cup or if it’s part of a larger promotion. Some fans are speculating that the Bearista cup could be a prize for the Starbucks for Life Merrython game, which Rewards Members can start playing Dec. 8.
As of 6:30 a.m. MT/7:30 a.m. CT the game did not appear to be available on the app, according to USA TODAY.
USA TODAY has reached out to Starbucks for more details but has yet to hear back.
