US vaccine committee to vote on delaying hepatitis B vaccine birth dose

Dec 4 (Reuters) – A group of vaccine advisers to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will vote on whether to delay the initial dose of hepatitis B vaccine to 2 months of age for the vast majority of American children, a fresh agenda posted on the agency’s website showed on Wednesday.
