Park was approximately 38 weeks pregnant when she was reported missing on Nov. 4 . The autopsy revealed the baby was not present with Park when her body was found, according to a news release from Wexford County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, Nov. 29.

Wexford County Sheriff’s Office and other law enforcement agencies are “working diligently to determine the condition and potential whereabouts of the baby,” according to the news release. The cause of Park’s death is still pending.

The FBI, Michigan State Police, Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office, Cadillac Police Department and other agencies are collaborating on the case. The cause of Park’s death is still pending, according to the news release.

A group of citizens searching the forest near Boon in Wexford County found Park’s body weeks after her disappearance. All-County Search and Rescue, Christian Aid Ministries Search and Rescue and many citizens donated time and energy to search for Park, according to the sheriff’s office.

Park, whose friend told the Free Press she was a loving mother of two young boys and pet cats, was last seen alive in the Cadillac/Boon Township area, according to the Nov. 4 sheriff’s post about her disappearance.

On Wednesday, Nov. 26, Park’s fiancé and sister were in police custody and charged with crimes a clerk could not confirm were related to Park’s case.

Park’s sister Kimberly Park was charged with tampering with evidence in a criminal case, lying to a peace officer in violation of a crime investigation and false report of a felony. She has a bond set at $750,000 cash surety.

Rebecca Park’s fiancé, Richard Falor, was charged with three counts for controlled substance, delivery and manufacturing of methamphetamine and habitual offender fourth offense notice. His bond is set a $1 million cash.

Kimberly Park and Falor are scheduled for a probable cause hearing in 84th District Court on Tuesday, Dec. 2, at 10:30 a.m.
