ZANESVILLE – Call it Beggars Night or call it trick or treating. Either way, the Halloween season is almost here, with children throughout Muskingum County getting ready to don their costumes.

● Crooksville: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Nov. 2
● Dresden: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 30
● Duncan Falls: 5:30 to 7:30 Oct. 31
● Frazeysburg: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31
● Fultonham: 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31

● Malta: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 26

● The Muskingum Valley Park District’s Trail of Treats will be 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 11 at Collegial Woods Trails on the Ohio University Zanesville and Zane State College campus.
● Halloween Campout at Blue Rock State Park is Oct. 3-5. Trick-or-treat is 5:30 p.m. Oct. 4.
● Muskingum Valley Council’s Trunk-or-Treat is 4 p.m. Oct. 25 at 734 Moorehead Ave.
