PLAIN TWP. – Plain Local Schools will host the 2025 Stark County Area College Fair from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 2 in the main commons at GlenOak High School, 1801 Schneider St. NE.
The fair is free and open to all high school students and their families across Northeast Ohio.
Attendees can meet one-on-one with admissions representatives from more than 30 colleges and universities. Representatives will be available to share information on the college application process, scholarships, academic programs, campus life, housing and other topics.
Canton Student Loan Foundation, College Club of Canton, Plain Local Schools Foundation and Stark Community Foundation will be on hand to talk about funding.
“This event is a valuable step for students as they plan their next chapter after high school,” Kristen Zurbuch, GlenOak High counselor Kristen Zurbuch said. “We are honored to host a fair that brings so many opportunities directly to our community.”
Students are encouraged to pre-register at https://app.strivescan.com/registration. Guests should park in the upper lot and enter through Door 17/student entrance.
