WISH-TV scrubs these names off its 'Meet the Staff' page after 21 employees depart station

More than 20 employees of Indianapolis’ WISH-TV have departed or been let go by Circle City Broadcasting, its parent company, in recent weeks.

The departures include reporters, photographers, videographers, behind-the-scenes producers and familiar on-air personalities, such as anchor Jeremy Jenkins, who announced his exit from WISH on social media Aug. 29, 2025.

Jenkins did not state his reason for leaving WISH-TV. He departed days after the company told employees to sign new contracts with an expanded non-compete clause by Sept. 2 that would bar them from working in nearly any form of media for a year after leaving the station.

How many people left WISH-TV after the contract deadline?

At least 11 staff who did not sign the contract by the deadline resigned or were terminated on Sept. 3. In the following days, another 10 left the station — some voluntarily, and some otherwise — bringing the total number of recently separated staff to at least 21.

The WISH-TV employees listed below were either terminated or they resigned, left voluntarily after their contract expired, were not offered a new contract, or are otherwise missing from WISH-TV’s current staffing page. They include:
