Former Cincinnati City Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld and Imam Ayman Soliman are “sacrificial lambs” of today’s politics. It’s a total waste of time and talents to go after good, honest citizens, while our lawless leader in Washington goes about his woeful ways with little, if any, accountability.
Something smells fishy. Why this fruitless effort? To distract the public from the “real” crimes of our current president?
I know from personal experience that Sittenfeld did an outstanding job beyond his normal duties and is as honest as can be expected. Soliman is a man of the cloth and has been serving his fellow man for years. Surely, there are some real criminals out there to spend our tax dollars on − the worst one sitting in the White House.
Republicans and Democrats share more in common than what divides us. However, the Republican-controlled Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court have kowtowed to President Donald Trump instead of serving the “people.” Where are the respectable statesmen (and women) who honor their oath of office? The electorate must vote them out and restore the separation of powers once and for all.
Vote Democratic in the midterm elections as a start to normalcy and to protect the rights and freedoms of all. Sacrificial lambs included.
