A man died after he was hit by a train in Mishawaka on Thursday afternoon, July 10, police said.
The Mishawaka Police Department responded to a pedestrian vs. train crash around 1:40 p.m. July 10 near the Beiger Street crossing for Norfolk Southern Railroad, police said in a July 10 press release. Police said the man died at the scene.
Mishawaka Police continues its ongoing investigation, including working to identify the man to notify his family, the department said.
