The brewing industry has faced a difficult start to 2025 with several prominent closures, but Michigan’s craft beer market remains one of the nation’s best.
Whether you’re looking for something light (think a lager or pilsner in the summer), dark (think a stout or porter in the winter) or something in between, local breweries offer up a variety of brews for customers to sample.
This week, we asked readers to nominate their favorite local breweries for the title of best. We’ve compiled those nominations into a poll. Thanks to the upcoming holiday, you have until 11:59 a.m. Thursday to vote for your favorite.
