Remember an Ohio State flash mob from 2010? 'Jeopardy!' does.

Just over 15 years ago, a flash mob (yeah, remember those) featuring dozens of dancers, Brutus Buckeye and then-OSU president E. Gordon Gee took over the Ohio Union to the tune of a ‘Glee’ cover of “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

While you may have forgotten this event, but the long-running TV game show ‘Jeopardy!’ evidently didn’t. It was featured as a $600 clue in the “Flash Mob Logbook” category on June 17’s episode of the show.

The full clue was “Ohio State, 2010: Student union; just saw 70 students & staff dancing to this “Sopranos” finale song; IMO all should be in class,” according to J! Archive, a fan archive of ‘Jeopardy!’ games.

Small spoiler for the game: Contestant Stefany Meyer, a data analyst from Burke, Virginia answered the clue correctly with Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

For those who forgot (or purged their memories of the trend entirely), flash mobs are when a group of people break into a pre-planned performance in a public place. The OSU flash mob took place on May 3, 2010, less than two months after the new Ohio Union opened.
