Girls soccer is one of the strongest sports in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association.
The KLAA has had at least one team made the state Division 1 semifinals the last seven years and 14 of the last 15. Northville was the league’s representative in the final four this season and had to get through KLAA members Brighton and Hartland to win the regional. Four KLAA teams won district championships this season.

With that track record, the all-KLAA team is always going to be loaded with talent.
Spots on the all-KLAA team are allocated by a team’s finish in the division standings. Hartland and Dearborn each have eight players on the team because they won their respective divisions. Second-place teams get seven picks, third-place teams get six all the way down to one for last-place teams.
