The Record Searchlight has handpicked a list of standout athletes that readers can vote for as the 2025 fan’s choice softball player of the year.
A majority of the nominees play for a Redding-area team, while a select few were chosen from a nearby school. Some are dual threat with hitting and pitching expertise and some excelled in one area or the other.
The polls are officially open and can be found at the bottom of this page. The poll will close at midnight on Friday, June 27. There are no voting restrictions, so vote now and vote often!
