Easter Bunny, photos, face-painting and more: Bay County 2025 Easter Egg Hunt is April 12

PANAMA CITY ― Bay County’s 2025 Easter Egg Hunt will be held April 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. at H.G. Harder’s Park, 8110 John Pitts Road.

There will be four egg hunt areas for different age groups, 2 and younger, 3 to 5, 6 to 9 and 10 to 12.

The Easter Bunny will arrive at 1 p.m. for photos with children. The first egg hunt for children 2 and younger will begin at 1:30 p.m. Other age groups will begin their Easter Egg hunts one after the other.

According to a news release, special prize eggs along with thousands of candy-filled eggs will be hidden in all four egg hunts.

Children will have the opportunity to get their face painted at free face-painting stations. Food trucks also will be available.

“This is always such a fun, family-oriented spring event for the kids, and it’s also a great opportunity for everyone to come out and see our lovely park,” Bay County Parks and Recreation Division Manager Vince Martin said in the release.
