OSHKOSH – Here’s how the Thanksgiving holiday will impact garbage collection in Oshkosh:
So, for garbage and recycling collection scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 27, it will move to Friday, Nov. 28.
And for garbage and recycling collection scheduled for Friday, Nov. 28, it will move to Saturday, Nov. 29.
Regular services will resume Monday, Dec. 1.
Additionally, the city’s yard waste drop-off center on West Third Avenue (between Idaho and Ohio streets) will be closed for the holiday on Thursday, Nov. 27. The drop-off center will reopen on Friday, Nov. 28.
