One person is dead after a vehicle collided with an ATV around midnight August 30 near the 2800 block of West Concordia Avenue.
A vehicle operated by a 23-year-old was traveling west on Concordia Avenue when it collided with an ATV, which had two people riding on it. The ATV riders, whose ages were unknown, were transported to a local hospital. The ATV’s operator succumbed to their injuries suffered during the crash and was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to an email from the Milwaukee Police Department.
The 23-year-old driver was taken into custody and the investigation is ongoing. The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case for possible charges.
