The home of former Milwaukee Bucks star Jrue Holiday has been sold for $5 million.
The River Hills house, 8615 N. Dean Circle, was sold by Holiday and his wife, Lauren, to La Strega Trust, based in Wauwatosa.
That’s according to a deed posted online by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue on Aug. 4.
Lauren Cheney Holiday is a former professional soccer player who played for the U.S. women’s national team which won the 2015 Women’s World Cup.
Jrue Holiday played for the Bucks from 2020 to 2023, and was a key member of the team which won the 2021 National Basketball Association championship.
He was traded to the Boston Celtics in 2023, and now plays for the Portland Trail Blazers.
Damian Lillard, who came to the Bucks through the Holiday trade, recently told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel he rented Holiday’s home during his two seasons with the Bucks.
“Lillard said he brought tenant complaints directly to Holiday, even while greeting each other at a game,” the Journal Sentinel article said.
“We talked a lot, I was complaining to him about the Wi-Fi,” said Lillard, who now plays for the Trail Blazers.
The 9,486-square-foot house has eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, according to Zillow.com.
It includes a fitness center, indoor basketball court, outdoor kitchen, riverside deck, and fire pit overlooking the Milwaukee River.
“The stunning kitchen flows seamlessly into the family room and sunroom, creating the true heart of the home,” according to Zillow.
