Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt suffered a significant injury late in the Thanksgiving game against the Detroit Lions.
The former first-round pick had to be carted off the field after going down on a third down play.
The Packers were leading 31-21 at the time of the injury.
Wyatt, in his fourth year with the Packers, stayed down after getting his leg caught from under him on a play that ended with Micah Parsons sacking Lions quarterback Jared Goff. The sack forced the Lions to kick a field goal to get Detroit within 31-24 with 2:59 left in the game.
