At $4M, Crystal Lake home tops Sheboygan County July property sales | Exclusive

SHEBOYGAN – Homes throughout Sheboygan County were among the most expensive properties sold in July.  

Additionally, Carbliss’ $1.4 million purchase of the former Kmart building at 2615 Eastern Ave. in Plymouth was recorded last month, according to state property records.

The canned cocktail company previously announced plans to transform the roughly 90,000-square-foot building into its new headquarters. The space could also bring a tap house, merchandise area, virtual manufacturing tours and an outdoor patio.  

Five-bedroom, five-bathroom home on Crystal Lake sold for more than $4 million 

Property: N7329 County Road CJ in the town of Rhine and adjoining land, totaling 1.76 acres 

Sale price: $4,050,000 

8-unit Sheboygan Falls apartment building sold for $925,000 

Property: 103 Evans Court in Sheboygan Falls  

Sale price: $925,000 

Three-bedroom, three-bathroom home sold for $750,000 

Property: N7631 Bittersweet Road in the town of Herman 

Sale price: $750,000 

Four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sold for more than $700,000 

Property: N6797 Rivermor Drive in the town of Sheboygan  

Sale price: $715,000
