SHEBOYGAN – Homes throughout Sheboygan County were among the most expensive properties sold in July.
Additionally, Carbliss’ $1.4 million purchase of the former Kmart building at 2615 Eastern Ave. in Plymouth was recorded last month, according to state property records.
The canned cocktail company previously announced plans to transform the roughly 90,000-square-foot building into its new headquarters. The space could also bring a tap house, merchandise area, virtual manufacturing tours and an outdoor patio.
