United Supermarkets will conduct a contribution campaign at its stores to help victims of the ongoing flooding disaster in central Texas.
Customers may donate at store registers.

“All proceeds from the campaign will go to support relief efforts by the San Angelo Area Foundation and Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, the “Kerr County Flood Relief Fund,” the Lubbock-based grocer said in a news release on Tuesday.
Customers can add any dollar amount to their grocery bill at check-out, and online shoppers may add a donation amount at checkout when shopping on the app or website.
The company will also make a lead gift of $10,000, according to the release.
The campaign schedule by location is as follows:
● July 8-13: Lubbock, Slaton, Abilene, Dallas-Fort Worth and Wichita Falls stores.
● July 8-20: All other Texas stores and all New Mexico stores.
These locations include all United Supermarkets, Albertsons Market, Market Street, and Amigos locations across the region, the company said.
