Quarterback Joe Burrow participated in 11-on-11 drills and could return against the Baltimore Ravens on Thanksgiving.
Cincinnati (3-7) is coming off a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England (9-2) is coming off a win over the New York Jets.
