The 2026 Y Bridge Arts Festival kicked off July 31

ZANESVILLE – The 2026 Y Bridge Arts Festival opened July 31 on the Ohio University Zanesville and Zane State College campus.

More than 60 regional artists were set up showcasing a wide array of art, including paintings, photography, sculpting, upcycled works, textiles and weaving, jewelry, woodworking, and more.

The 2026 Best in Show winners included Raymond Ramos, Yan Sun, Bill Bird, Jessica Rohr, Sally Luburgh, Marc Nickles and Shirley Perkins.

The festival continues from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 1.

Those scheduled to perform on Aug. 1 includes:

● Noon-1 p.m. — Tongo Rad● 1-2 p.m. — Mister Joe● 2-3:30 p.m. — Bird T.V.● 3:30-4:30 p.m. — Elk’s Eye String Band● 4:30-6:15 p.m. — Laura Schumann● 6:15-8 p.m. — KLB & Co.

Organizers encourage guests to bring lawn chairs for the free entertainment.

The children’s art programs scheduled for Aug. 1 includes:

● 2 p.m. — Tin art● 3 p.m. — Scratch art● 4 p.m. — Picture Me portraits● 5 p.m. — Wild weavings● 6 p.m. — Rock painting
