The Rod Stewart concert scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 9, in Cincinnati has been postponed.
Riverbend Music Center made the announcement on social media around 4:30 p.m., saying the postponement was “due to an unforeseen but minor medical procedure that required prompt attention.”
The venue said rescheduling is currently underway, with additional information to follow on Aug. 11. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
“Rod is expected to make a quick recovery and looks forward to returning to Cincinnati,” the venue’s social media post said.
