FARGO, N.D. — The girls close out the 16U and Junior Freestyle Championships with a three-day tournament that runs July 16-18 in the FargoDome.
Team Ohio continues to be a power in freestyle and 2026 should show the Buckeye state is strong once again.

Carder goes in on a shot but Davis stops it. Carder with a four-point takedown off a broomstick and right into an arm bar. Carder with the pin.
16U Final
115: Kaylee Vera, Little Miami vs. Auriana Wakinekona, Hawaii
Vera d. Wakinekona, 9-4
Vera earns a takedown, turn, step out and passivity point to go up 5-0 but is put on her back by Waineko to make it 5-2 after one. She did an excellent job to stay off her back. Another Vera takedown makes it 7-2. Wakineko closes the gap to make it 7-4. Vera takes her to her back for two more.
