JACKSON TWP. – Gervasi Vineyard is going to branch out of Canton for the first time and open a new restaurant-bar in The Marketplace at Nobles Pond.

Gervasi announced its plans July 30 to take over the former BAM! and Royal Docks Brewing Co. locations in the plaza in 2026.
“We’re creating something high-energy and inviting that brings people together,” Scott Swaldo, CEO and general manager of GV Destinations, said in a prepared statement. “This new restaurant and bar will offer a casual, contemporary experience with the quality and service our guests have come to expect from Gervasi.” Gervasi Vineyard said it’s committed to reimagining and revitalizing the space, “adding another unique offering to its growing hospitality portfolio.”
Gervasi — a major tourist destination that offers restaurants, a winery, distillery and overnight accommodations on its 55-acre estate along 55th Street NE in Canton — expects to release additional details such as the name and concept in the coming weeks.Royal Docks recently closed its longtime Nobles Pond spot and two other locations amid financial and legal issues. BAM!, adjacent to the Royal Docks location, closed in November 2024.
