She Has a Name, a Columbus-based nonprofit formed to combat human trafficking through education and awareness, will stop providing services by June 30.
“After years of dedicated work in the fight against human trafficking, She Has a Name will be winding down its services effective June 30, 2026,” the organization said in a June 1 Instagram post. “This decision has not been made lightly and comes after months of deep reflection and careful consideration.”
She Has a Name launched in 2010 with a mission to educate the community about human trafficking and provide care for those affected by it.
According to the announcement, most services provided by She Has a Name will be taken over by other local groups, including Freedom A La Cart, Gracehaven, Hope Presbyterian Church and Chroma Church.
“While this chapter is coming to a close, the mission continues,” She Has a Name Board Chair Hannah Park said in the announcement. “Our hope is that each of you will continue to carry our mission to educate others, advocate for change and deeply care for those impacted by human trafficking.”
