The 59th annual Country Music Association Awards took place Wednesday, Nov. 19, at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
“Somewhere Over Laredo” singer Lainey Wilson hosted the evening, which was packed with awards, special guests and performances by the likes of Luke Combs, Ella Langley and Brandi Carlile.
Top nominees for the show included Langley, Megan Moroney and Wilson, who each received six nominations. Zach Top, Riley Green and Cody Johnson followed behind.

Who won entertainer of the year last night?
Host Lainey Wilson took home the evening’s biggest award: Entertainer of the Year.
The award was presented by Keith Urban. Wilson became the third woman in history to take home the award more than once after winning the honor in 2023.
Wilson joins Taylor Swift (2009, 2011) and Barbara Mandrell (1980, 1981) as two-time CMA entertainer of the year winners.
Wilson was also the only woman nominated in the category this year. Her fellow nominees were Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton and Morgan Wallen.
