A 9-year-old girl suffered critical injuries in a crash in West Price Hill on Wednesday.
Two other children and two adults were also injured in the crash at Trenton Avenue and West Eighth Street about 7 p.m. July 22, according to Cincinnati police.
The five were in a 2000 Honda Civic that went north on Trenton Avenue, ran off the road and hit a utility pole, police said.
Besides the child who was critically hurt, two other girls in the vehicle, 13 and 8, were taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, according to police.
The two adults, a 30-year-old man who was driving the vehicle and a 29-year-old woman, are recovering at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, police said.
The names of the occupants were not released. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
