A man has been charged with murder after a Downtown Valentine’s Day shooting, according to Cincinnati police.
De’Angelo Robinson, 28, has been accused of fatally shooting 29-year-old Tobias Hood near the 200 block of East Third Street on Feb. 14. He faces murder and felony assault charges.
Responding officers found Hood injured just before 1 a.m., according to a news release. When the fire department arrived, he was determined to be dead.
Enquirer media partner Fox19 reported that police at the scene said the shooting occurred on a party bus. Fox19 also said another person had been injured and was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
Robinson is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16 at 9 a.m.
