New Yorkers spent an estimated $167.1 million on OnlyFans in 2025, according to a new report analyzing subscription spending across the United States.
The report, compiled by OnlyGuider, a search engine that helps users discover OnlyFans creators, used search traffic, financial filings and population data to estimate OnlyFans subscription spending by state, city and county.
Although the platform hosts a variety of creators, OnlyFans is most widely known for adult content.
According to the report, New York ranked 16th among the 50 states and Washington, D.C., for total estimated OnlyFans spending.
New York City led the state in total spending
New York City accounted for the largest share of spending in the state, with an estimated $87.2 million in OnlyFans subscriptions during 2025.
Statewide, the report estimated New Yorkers spent about $84,128 per 10,000 residents, placing New York among the higher-ranking states on a per-capita basis.
While New York City generated the highest total spending because of its large population, smaller cities ranked higher when spending was adjusted for population.
Buffalo ranked highest in New York for per-capita spending
Among the five New York cities analyzed, Buffalo ranked first in estimated spending per 10,000 residents, with $244,403. That placed Buffalo 14th nationally among the 167 cities included in the report.
Syracuse ranked second in New York at $160,363 per 10,000 residents, placing 29th nationally.
Rochester ranked 32nd nationally, followed by New York City at No. 89 and Yonkers at No. 156.

The report also estimated OnlyFans spending by county.
New York County (Manhattan) recorded the state’s highest total spending, reflecting its large population and concentration of residents.
