Michaela Christensen, event coordinator, said festival goers can look forward to free live entertainment throughout the day, including music, a cooking demo, a juggling show, and an animal education show.

“Don’t miss Still Kickin’, a local favorite band, performing from 4-7 p.m.,” Christensen said. “Children will delight in free balloon creations, face painting, and inflatable games.”

The Schuyler Fit Zone from Cayuga Health, the Title Sponsor, will also be part of the festival, featuring a free Teddy Bear Clinic for kids, along with other health and wellness activities.

The Schuyler County Historical Society will also be performing the ever-popular “Ghost Walks” at 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., celebrating the area’s spooky history, Christensen said. The street will be lined with over 90 food and craft vendors.

The festival is organized by Watkins Glen Promotions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating high-quality, free community events in Schuyler County.

Watkins Glen Promotions is responsible for some of the region’s most anticipated festivals, including the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival, Waterfront Festival & Cardboard Boat Regatta, and Village Christmas.
