Xavier Williams injury update
Williams was evaluated in the medical tent before heading into the tunnel, according to Hawkeyes columnist Chad Leistikow. He was seen favoring his right shoulder and was in a sling after the game.
Williams tallied eight carries for 38 yards, as well as a 20-yard catch, in the game before exited. As of the end of the third quarter, the team has not announced if he’s ruled out for the remainder of the game.
