The Iowa Hawkeyes have always been known for their stingy defensive units and elite special teams play, but they appear to be entering a new era in the 2020s, and it is one that features a high level of talent on the offensive side of the ball.
After seeing nine defensive players earn All-Big Ten Defense honors and the special teams unit dominating their respective All-Big Ten spots, the offense is taking its turn. The Iowa Hawkeyes have eight different players on the offensive side of the ball receiving recognition from the Big Ten.

The most impressive part of the group earning honors is that it includes all five offensive linemen getting proper notoriety.
Earning First-Team All-Big Ten nods for the Iowa Hawkeyes’ offense is a trio of offensive linemen, including Logan Jones (coaches and media), Beau Stephens (coaches), and Gennings Dunker (media).
Trevor Lauck (coaches) and Kade Pieper (media), the other two offensive linemen, also received Third-Team All-Big Ten honors. At the skill positions, Iowa saw tight end Hayden Large, running back Kamari Moulton, and wide receiver Jacob Gill each earn All-Big Ten honorable mentions.
