National homebuilder Taylor Morrison has acquired 437 acres in St. Johns County for its second Esplanade resort lifestyle master plan community.
Esplanade at Pinewalk will be built at Limber Pine Boulevard and Rock Hop Way, Exit 329 from I-95 and Greenbriar Road. The Pinewalk master plan is located near Longleaf Pine Parkway and Greenbriar Road.
With plans to open in mid-2027, the 55+ community includes 900 single-family homes, a resort pool and spa with Bahama Bar, a Culinary Center and a Wellness Center that includes spa services, pickleball and tennis courts, walking trails and shared open spaces.
As part of Taylor Morrison’s signature Esplanade lifestyle, future residents can participate in crafted programs and travel excursions.
The Esplanade is part of Phase 1.
According to Taylor Morrison, PineWalk will be designed to “create a lifestyle connected to nature and fostering strong neighborly connections.”
