Crafting a culinary connection across the Atlantic Ocean via smash burger, Skinny Louie is collaborating with Switzerland cult-favorite smash burger brand Pretty Patty.
The two-day event will take place at the Skinny Louie location in Coral Gables at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20 and again at their restaurant in downtown West Palm Beach at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21.

This collaboration will include a limited-edition burger featuring a 4-ounce smashed patty topped with shoestring fries and Café de Paris butter, a Pretty Patty house specialty, all inside a soft brioche bun. This burger is the perfect blend of European flavor and American smash burger attitude, like maybe if it was Ford and Ferrari instead of versus.
If this burger has got your taste buds thinking “let’s do this,” don’t hesitate as this chance is for one day only at each location and only until sold out.
Though it might seem odd that a Florida smashburger brand would be doing a collaboration with a brand from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, in today’s world not so much.
Marketing director Antonella Gray said that “We’d been following each other for a while and we both loved the fun, creative energy in what the other was doing. Over time, we built a real respect for each other’s work. That connection turned into friendship.”
“We’re two brands run by people who not only love what they do but also genuinely connect through the way we are — we have fun doing it,” said Skinny Louie founders Matias Palloni and Gonzalo Rubino. “What better way to celebrate that than by smashing burgers together in our two U.S. cities?”
