Former Jacksonville Jaguars’ second round draft pick and wide receiver Laviska Shenault is currently in the UFL on the Birmingham Stallions roster.
The Stallions opened the 2026 UFL season with a 15-13 win over the Louisville Kings. Shenault did not log any stats in that game.

Laviska Shenault was an early-round draft pick by the Jaguars
The Jaguars selected Shenault with the 42nd overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft out of Colorado. Shenault brought a versatile, do-it-all presence to the receiver position.
In two seasons with Jacksonville, Shenault appeared in 30 games, which included making 22 starts. He caught 121 passes during that span for 1,219 yards and five touchdowns.
Along with his contributions in the passing game, Shenault also carried the ball 29 times, averaging 4.6 yards per attempt.
Prior to the start of the 2022 season–Shenault’s third in the NFL–Jacksonville traded him to Carolina for a 2023 seventh-round pick and a 2024 sixth-round pick.
Shenault played out his rookie deal with the Panthers, totaling 37 receptions over those two seasons, including just 10 in 2023.
He then spent time with the LA Chargers and Seattle Seahawks in 2024 before catching on with Buffalo during the 2025 offseason. The Bills would then release Shenault during roster cutdowns. Shenault did not play any regular-season NFL snaps in 2025.
During his NFL career, Shenault has appeared in 63 games, making 28 starts. He’s caught 163 passes for 1,587 yards with six touchdowns. He’s rushed for 253 yards as well.
