Dolphins' Kenneth Grant has top 10 grade among rookies in Madden NFL 26

Miami Dolphins first-round pick Kenneth Grant will be one of the top 10 rookies in EA Sports’ Madden NFL 26, the game announced Wednesday.

Grant, 21, was the No. 13 overall selection in the 2025 NFL draft after earning All-American honors at Michigan in 2024. The 335-pound nose tackle will have a 78 overall grade, tied for seventh best among rookies in the soon-to-be-released video game.

Grant is likely to be an immediate starter for the Dolphins after defensive tackles Calais Campbell and Da’Shawn Hand both exited in free agency. While Miami added a few low-cost veterans, the significant investments at the position came in the draft where the team added Grant as well as Day 3 selections Jordan Phillips and Zeek Biggers.

While it’s still early in training camp, Grant has shown much of the talent that made him an anchor in the middle of the Michigan Wolverines defense.

Madden NFL 26 is set to be released Aug. 14 on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S.
