Four-star Jeremiah Figaro is one of the top edge prospects in the 2028 class. As he sets to embark on his junior year, he’s locked in several game visits during the season with the top schools in his recruitment, and one of them is with Florida State, which offered him on July 14.
He will be in Tallahassee on Aug. 29 when FSU plays the New Mexico State Aggies to start the 2026 season, per Brian Dohn of 247Sports. His other visits are with the Tennessee Volunteers (Sept. 5), Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Sept. 12), Ole Miss Rebels (Sept. 19), Rutgers Scarlet Knights (Oct. 31), Virginia Tech Hokies (Nov. 14), and the UCLA Bruins (Nov. 28).
He explained his reasoning for having such a stacked list of game visits this season.
“Some of it is because it is what works with my schedule,” Figaro said. “I want to see the game day environments at those places. See what the DL rotation looks like and stuff like that.”
Figaro is the No. 232 player nationally and the No. 21 edge according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He’s ranked as the No. 4 recruit in the state of Massachusetts as well.
The 6-foot-4, 205-pounder attends Dexter Southfield High School in Brookline, Massachusetts. He has over 30 offers, including ones from all the schools he’s locked in visits with. Some of his other offers are from the Texas Tech Red Raiders, Boston College Eagles, North Carolina, Vanderbilt Commodores, UCF Knights, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and the Syracuse Orange.
In addition to playing edge, Figaro also plays wide receiver. He logged four receptions for 35 yards and one touchdown at Malden Catholic High School.
