Police said officers responded to the area for a report of a disturbance. During their investigation, police said an illegal firearm was found.

A 39-year-old man was arrested and while in custody attempted to harm himself, police said.

At 2:12 a.m. early Wednesday morning, a second weapons arrest occurred at Thorton and Wagner Heights Road.

Officers were conducting an enforcement stop of a vehicle for traffic violations.

Police said a search of the vehicle revealed that the 20-year-old suspect, who was later arrested, was in possession of a firearm.

The final weapons arrest was reported early Wednesday morning at 4:20 a.m. in the 2600 Block of Country Club Boulevard.

Officers had responded to the area following a report of a person armed with a rifle who was attempting to enter a residence.

The 26-year-old suspect fled on foot when officers located him, police said. He was also arrested in connection with charges of weapons.

All three suspects were released from the San Joaquin County Jail Wednesday, jail records showed.
