The weather service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for parts of San Bernardino County, including Crestline, Big Bear Lake, Running Springs, Wrightwood, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear City from late Monday night through Tuesday afternoon.

Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall are possible over the Bridge, Line, Apple, El Dorado and Airport burn scars.

Residents near the Bridge, Line, Apple, El Dorado and Airport burn scar should prepare for potential flooding impacts.

Most of the rainfall will be west of the Victor Valley and into Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties.

Tuesday might feel like winter as high temperatures in some parts of the High Desert plummet into the low 50s.
