After an appetizer plate of rehab video updates I posted yesterday, here’s the satiating entrée.
Aidan Hutchinson, DE: 6 months post left tibia & fibula fracture (October 13, 2024)
This April 4, 2025 video below shows that his previously clunky running motion from two months ago has been replaced by a fluid sprint with some lateral movements.

-6mo post
-Clunky running is gone. Now looking real good with lateral cutting motions. Should be full go this offseasonpic.twitter.com/ibiMTH2zre
For comparison, here’s the video from two months ago:

-4mo post tib/fib Oct 13
-Form clunky but was never expected to be fully recovered by now. Typical full recovery 6+ mo.
-Still might have played SB in limited fashion

OUTLOOK
The tib/fib fracture typically takes six or months to recover from. Today’s rehab video is a reassuring sign that he is firmly on-track to being ready for the season. While there was rehab urgency to try to return for the Super Bowl, there is no urgency at this point with the season still five months away. Thus, a limited participation in May OTA’s and June minicamp should not be a concern as he gradually ramps up.
