The following establishments were not in compliance and were cited for selling vaping and/or  tobacco products to a minor:

• Marathon, 1301 Military St, Port Huron, MI

• Party Express, 937 Oak St, Port Huron, MI

• Good Times Smoke Shop, 2004 10th Street, Port Huron, MI

• Speedy Q, 1301 10th St., Port Huron, MI

• 20th St. Grocery, 1921 Griswold St., Port Huron, MI

• Exxon, 1035 Lapeer Ave, Port Huron, MI

The Port Huron Police Department would like to thank all of the businesses that were found  to be in compliance and encourage all businesses to check ID’s to prevent the use of tobacco  and vaping products by underage minors.
