“Sanilac County Museum Presents: Hunting, Fishing, & Maritime Days Convention August 16th and 17th, 2024”

Port Sanilac, MI (August 9th) – Mark you calendars for an unforgettable weekend at your Sanilac County Museum, Friday & Saturday, August 16th and 17th 

Experience the Town of Lasalle for an authentic living history of the French Voyager during our Hunting/Fishing/Maritime Days at the Museum!

Dive into the rich recreational tapestry of Sanilac County and the Thumb of Michigan at the 

Hunting, Fishing, & Maritime Days Convention, hosted by the Sanilac County Historical Society. Set to take place on 

August 16th and 17th, 2024, this event promises an immersive exploration of our region’s recreational heritage. 

Friday, August 16th – Voyageurs and Settlers – Pioneer Reenactors – All Day 

Port Sanilac Farmers Market from 1pm to 5pm 

Music by Ourselves at 2pm 

Summer Story Time in the One-Room Schoolhouse at 3pm 

Artist Vendor Booths of Sandy Beads, Gerald Deering & John Polacsek 

Saturday, August 17th – Voyageurs and Settlers – Pioneer Reenactors – All Day 

Open Mic Music at 4pm

Unlock your Inner Magic: With Michele Lee & Josh Sawdon at 2pm
