Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 – 74th Blood Drive Information

The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, 74^th consecutive blood drive was held on Monday, May 19^th as we continue to help us close the gap on blood shortages! 

We had (44) donors arrive to provide the ”Gift of Life” as we surpassed our goal of 37. (14) donors were deferred, (23) whole blood pints, and (7 Power reds = 14 pints) were collected, for a total of 36 total units. We had TWO first time donors.

Working together, the Port Huron Elks Lodge 343, and the American Red Cross have collected over 2,521 units (pints) = 315 gallons of blood since our 1^st drive on January 7, 2013. We are well on our way to reaching our next goal of 3,000 pints (375 gallons).
