When does UConn play in Elite 8? Game time, TV, opponent

Michigan State basketball couldn’t care of business in the Sweet 16, sending UConn to the Elite 8, where it will face arguably its toughest tournament opponent yet.

The 2-seed Huskies will play 1-seed Duke in the East region final on Sunday, March 29, at Capital One Arena in Washington.

Duke beat St. John’s, 80-75 in a tight East region Sweet 16 game before MSU and UConn tipped off.

The game time and channel were announced late on Friday, with the East region final between Duke and UConn at 5:05 p.m. on CBS.

The Spartans got to this spot with tournament wins over 14-seed North Dakota State, 6-seed Louisville.
