The winner of Game 7 will face the 3-seed New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference finals – which begin Tuesday in either Detroit or New York and will be played every other day – with the Pistons aiming to avenge a first-round loss to the Knicks in the 2025 playoffs. The Pistons went 3-0 in the regular season against New York.
The winner of that series will face either the San Antonio Spurs or the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals.
