Fired Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore was arraigned shortly after 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12 in Washtenaw County’s 14A District Court in Ann Arbor in connection with an assault investigation.
Moore was was charged with felony home invasion and two misdemeanors Friday.

Moore was fired by the University of Michigan on Wednesday, Dec. 10, over an inappropriate relationship with a staff member and later detained by police in an assault investigation.
He was being held at a Washtenaw County jail before he bonded out at 3:39 p.m. Friday, per court records. The Free Press had reporters stationed at various exits on two sides of the building – including the primary exit to the jail where those who’ve been held are released – but he did not come out either of those doors.
