We asked our readers which grocery store has the best produce selection in Livingston County, and there was a resounding answer.
There’s no shortage of local grocery stores, from regional chains like Meijer and Kroger to bulk shopping options like Costco to local favorites like VG’s Grocery, Busch’s Fresh Food Market and Simply Fresh Market.
The offerings available, however, can vary from store to store, including the quality and selection of produce.
According to our reader poll, the store with the best selection is Busch’s Fresh Food Market, which received 36.11% of the vote. Meijer earned a close second place with 31.94% of the vote. In third place was Kroger, at 11.11%.
Other stores that received votes included Simply Fresh Market (8.33%), Costco (5.5%), VG’s Grocery (4.17%), Gordon Food Service (1.39%) and Walmart (1.39%).
